Involved from inception when the existing dwelling was demolished, HHC Engineers undertook the design of all retaining walls and planter walls. Our team carefully considered the site's topography and surrounding landscape, creating structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Further taking these items into account our team designed the in-ground conventional swimming pools.

Our team expertly designed the load-bearing structure, utilizing AFS and brick walls to ensure structural integrity and support. Using reinforced concrete slab design we captured the architects design intent for the large cantilevers on the roof and level 1.

Our focus on structural integrity, attention to detail, and collaboration with architects and builders resulted in a luxury dual occupancy development that exceeds expectations in terms of design, functionality, and quality.
