The Belmont project showcases our expertise in delivering exceptional results. This distinctive development encompasses 16 apartments, 7 terraces, and a 4-storey structure with 1 basement level.

Preserving the architectural heritage, we successfully incorporated an existing heritage facade retention steel framed design, ensuring the project pays homage to its historical significance. Our team effectively managed site decontamination works, guaranteeing a safe and sustainable environment.

To ensure structural stability, we designed CSM internally braced shoring walls, providing a robust framework for the building. The tanked hydrostatic raft basement slab effectively safeguards against water infiltration, ensuring a dry and secure environment. We also expertly managed the integration of an overland flow path at the rear of the site, ensuring proper drainage and water management.

Our engineering prowess is evident in the combination of a column frame and load-bearing wall structure, meticulously designed to optimise structural integrity and functionality. Post-tensioned slabs have been specified from the podium level and above, ensuring superior strength and efficiency.

At HHC Engineers, we take pride in delivering exceptional outcomes. We are looking forward to the ongoing Belmont development becoming a testament to our commitment to excellence, showcasing our ability to seamlessly blend heritage preservation, structural ingenuity, and modern design to create an exceptional living space.
