ROCKWATER BROOKVALE

HHC have designed this multi-level facility to meet the specific requirements of industrial operations. Taking into account the constraints of ground water, the construction incorporated secant piling and a tanked basement.

The structure features a column frame system, engineered to support high live loads and provide exceptional strength and stability. The flooring system includes 1-way banded post-tensioned beams & slabs, optimising load distribution.

The facility encompasses a combination of steel-framing, a steel framed roof and precast concrete walls with concrete slab mezzanines, offering versatility and functionality and large open spans to maximise the usable space and provide flexibility for industrial tenants.

HHC's expertise in designing industrial spaces allowed us to enhance the usable space without compromising on structural integrity.
